Term-start and exeat weekends move a lot of young people between Bristol, Bath and the airports — often unaccompanied, often on flights that land late. Schools and guardianship agencies need more than a booking app: they need named DBS-checked drivers, confirmed timings and someone answering the phone.

We work with the same small team of drivers on these journeys, so pupils see familiar faces rather than a stranger each time.

How unaccompanied journeys work

• A named driver confirmed to the school or guardian in advance, with vehicle details.
• Meet & greet inside the terminal for arrivals, with a name board — no wandering around looking for a car.
• Confirmation on collection and on arrival, so parents and guardians know the journey is done.
• Flight tracking, so a delayed landing is our problem to manage, not the pupil’s.

Accounts for schools and agencies

Schools, guardianship agencies and houseparents can run everything on a single account with monthly invoicing and per-pupil references — the same system used by our corporate clients. Bookings can be made in bulk ahead of exeats and half terms.
